During your initial consultation, we’ll explore the reasons and triggers behind why you’re failing with your eating plans. It may be certain situations or feelings that lead you to reaching for the chocolate or biscuits. Some of these triggers may be in the subconscious, so we can explore these more during the hypnosis sessions. We’ll also discuss how the hypnosis sessions work and the suggestions I will use to help you overcome those triggers.
When you’re ready for the hypnosis part of the treatment, I’ll use various relaxation techniques to guide you into a deep, relaxed state. Once you’re in this state, I’ll start to use soothing, carefully worded scripts. We will explore your reasons for overeating or eating unhealthy foods and suggest new ways of thinking through visualisations.
